Service description

PokeInvest (the "Service") is a web app that tracks pricing and supply data for sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products and surfaces signals based on that data. The Service offers a Free tier with limited access and a Pro tier with full access. Pro is billed monthly or annually through our payment partner Whop.

Acceptable use

By using PokeInvest you agree not to:

• Scrape or programmatically harvest our APIs or pages.
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that degrades it for other users.
• Resell, share, or transfer your Pro account credentials.
• Use the Service to manipulate prices on third-party marketplaces.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source of the signal engine.

Subscription & billing

Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. New Pro signups begin with a 7-day free trial; you may cancel during the trial without being charged. Billing is handled by Whop; PokeInvest does not see or store your payment-card details.

Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. Refunds are governed by Whop's refund policy; we do not provide pro-rated refunds within a billing period.

No investment advice

PokeInvest's signals, scores, AI-generated theses, and any other analytical output are derived from pattern-matching against public market data. They are not a recommendation to buy or sell any product. You are solely responsible for any purchase decisions you make. Past pattern performance does not guarantee future results. The collectibles market is volatile and you can lose money. Consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

Intellectual property

We own the signal engine, scoring methodology, code, and visual design of PokeInvest. You retain ownership of content you enter into the Service (watchlist, portfolio, calculator inputs). Product names and images belong to their respective rights holders, including The Pokémon Company International and its licensees; PokeInvest is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Market data is scraped from third-party sources and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokeInvest is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amounts you have paid us in that period.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings. On termination, the rights granted to you under these terms end immediately, but the disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, and intellectual-property sections survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [JURISDICTION].

Changes to terms
